DEVELOPMENT OF A PROTOTYPE OF A MOBILE APPLICATION FOR BANKS
TO PROCESS CUSTOMER APPEALS

Background. The development of prototypes of mobile applications allows us to identify problems with the user interface at the earliest stages with the help of UXtesting. This reduces the costs for the entire development cycle, because the problems in the interface found at the testing stage of the finished software are much more expensive.
Materials and methods. In the article the best practices of creation of mobile applications of banks are considered: mobile application "Sberbank Online" and mobile application "Tinkoff Bank". Identified their strengths and weaknesses in the service support through a mobile application.
Results. Based on the analysis of the interface of mobile applications of banks present in the banking services market, the requirements for the developed interface of the mobile application for handling customer requests are defined. A prototype of the mobile application of the bank for handling customer requests was developed.
Conclusions. The development of a prototype mobile application allows early testing of the user interface and finalizing it based on identified user problems when using the application at the prototype stage.
